IT Delivery & Transition Manager
We’re seeking an experienced IT Delivery & Transition Manager to join our remote team and take ownership of delivery during periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change. In this role, you’ll provide immediate structure, leadership, and oversight across active IT initiatives, helping stabilize teams, improve execution, and ensure strong delivery outcomes. You’ll assess current delivery processes, project health, governance, risks, and team structure, while establishing delivery rhythm, reporting, prioritization, and execution discipline across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on delivery leader with strong experience in IT delivery management, project or program leadership, and technology operations. You should be comfortable managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, delivery reporting, issue resolution, resource planning, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models is essential, along with experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Experience in transitional, turnaround, transformation, post-merger, cloud, platform, or enterprise IT environments is a strong plus. SRE / DevOps Engineer – Observability & Cloud
We’re seeking a skilled SRE / DevOps Engineer – Observability & Cloud to join our remote team and help design, build, and operate scalable observability and monitoring platforms across infrastructure, network services, and applications. In this role, you’ll work closely with DevOps, platform, and engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and operational visibility through modern monitoring, logging, and telemetry solutions. You’ll design and maintain observability platforms for metrics, logs, and distributed tracing, build telemetry and log ingestion pipelines, develop dashboards and alerts, support APM and synthetic monitoring, and contribute to incident investigation and root cause analysis. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in SRE, DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering, along with hands-on knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerized environments like Kubernetes, automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible, and scripting in Python, Bash, or similar is essential. Experience with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and reliability practices such as SLI and SLO is a strong plus. We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team and lead enterprise revenue growth through strategic partnerships across North America. In this role, you’ll work closely with a flagship partner in New York City within a global business technology organization, helping develop joint go-to-market strategies, build pipeline, and close enterprise opportunities. You’ll play a key role in expanding partner-driven revenue by collaborating with alliance teams, enterprise customers, and internal leadership across high-value, complex sales cycles. We’re looking for someone with strong enterprise sales experience and a proven track record in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital solutions. You should be confident managing opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and close, building executive-level relationships, leading sales engagements with senior decision-makers, and developing account growth strategies within partner-aligned accounts. Experience working with channel partners, alliances, or strategic ecosystems is essential, along with strong strategic account planning skills and the ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. This role is best suited for someone based in New York City and willing to travel across North America.
